As a church we are committed to
BEING WITH JESUS
Thoughts about God fall short of thoughts with God in relationship. We open the scriptures, pray, fellowship, listen and serve with our gifts but all in service of encountering God. We don’t want to talk about God, we want to talk with God.
BECOMING LIKE JESUS
God is changing us to more closely resemble the mature love of Christ. We’re in the process of learning what Jesus would do if he were us in each of the situations we find ourselves in.
DOING WHAT JESUS DID
The Acts of Apostles can be understood as the church continuing to do what they saw Jesus doing. Prayerfully connected to God and bringing the good news of the kingdom to everywhere they went. We believe this.
"And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
